The third sector plays a large part in helping to create a strong, caring community in Orkney. As the local third sector interface, Voluntary Action Orkney (VAO) supports this tradition by bringing together resources and expertise, working with the community to ensure a thriving, sustainable and healthy third sector for the future.
Alongside practical services to help support voluntary groups and individuals, VAO also represents and lobby’s on behalf of the wider third sector.
