Community meeting on Marine Planning – Kirkwall Grammar School Conference Room – Friday 29th November – 6.30pm – 8.00pm
21 November 2019
Do you have an interest or concern about your marine environment? This could be in relation to planning, licensing, conservation or enforcement.
If you do we would like to invite you to come and meet with Members of the Scottish Parliament’s Environment Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. This is as part of an inquiry into Marine Planning Partnerships and Regional Marine Plans.
We would love to hear from a wide range of people – including Local Authorities, fisheries groups, environmental groups, industry and community groups. By ‘community groups’ we mean groups who already play a role in marine planning, as well as those who would like to become more involved in future.
We’d like to talk to people about what is working well and what you feel could work differently.
We will be in the Conference Room at Kirkwall Grammar School on Friday 29th November 6.30pm – 8.00pm Please join us for an informal chat with Committee Members. Light refreshments will be served.
