St. Magnus Cathedral is a historic, working church in Kirkwall, Orkney, known as the "Light in the North" and the most northerly cathedral in Britain.

We are a Christian organisation offering religious services to everyone.

As a voluntary Church of Scotland organisation open to both men and women we meet in the Cathedral at 7.30 pm on the second Tuesday of every month from September until March in the St Magnus Centre.

The Centre maintains the historic link between Cathedral and the arts by providing space and encouragement for local musicians, writers and dramatists.

St Magnus International Festival takes place around midsummer each year and is a multi-arts festival with music at its core.
