The Papdale East Playpark Association (PEPA) is a community-led charity in Kirkwall, Orkney, dedicated to redeveloping the Papdale East Community Park. Formed in 2018, the group works with local authorities and national funders to transform the green space into an inclusive hub for all ages and abilities.
