The facility has a 25-meter, 4 lane swimming pool. There is also a fitness suite, sauna and spa. Children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool, additionally any person wishing to use the fitness suite must have completed a gym induction, these can be booked via the Pickaquoy Centre on 01856 879900 (over 16s only).
