In this role you'll be responsible for:

Calling our recipients on the phone to ensure that they have received their equipment and have managed to set it up.
Asking questions to ascertain if the equipment is suitable for them.
Updating our database and informing the team if the recipient requires further support.
Dealing with returns and reporting any issues or problems.

Experience required

We are looking for a reliable, caring and patient person. You will need access to a computer and have an internet connection. Experience of Excel and database would be beneficial.

Travel expenses

Any out of pocket expenses will be paid

Training details

Training will be provided by the Service Delivery Manager

Frequency & commitment

We would ask you to support us for a minimum of four hours per week. This is completely flexible and can be arranged so that it fits in around your existing commitments.
