Want to help improve disabled access and make websites more inclusive?

Start by writing a review – and see where it leads.

At Euan’s Guide, we know that disabled people are the experts when it comes to accessibility. Our platform is powered by reviews from people who have been there – and every review helps someone else plan with confidence.

We are now looking for Volunteer Web Testers to help us improve our website and digital tools. If you care about disabled access, both online and in the places you go in the real world, this is a great opportunity to make a difference. Your insight can help make our website easier to use and more inclusive for everyone.

Writing a review is the most logical first step. It helps you get to know the platform, explore what we do and see how your voice can make a difference. From there, you can take part in user testing, give feedback on digital features and help us make Euan’s Guide better for everyone.

You do not need to be technical. We are looking for lived experience, real feedback and honest opinions. If you have ever thought “this could be easier” while using a website, your insight is exactly what we need.

What we are looking for:
• People with a genuine interest in access and inclusion
• First-time reviewers who want to get more involved
• Curious minds who enjoy giving feedback
• Volunteers from anywhere in the UK

We offer:
• Flexible, at-home volunteering with a supportive team
• Guidance to help you write your first review and get started
• The chance to shape a digital resource used by thousands
• Informal user testing sessions with real impact

We will start with a relaxed chat to find out your interests, access requirements and how you would like to get involved.

Start with a review. Help shape what comes next.

Travel expenses

The agreed expenses will be discussed with a member of the Euan's Guide team

Training details

Volunteers will be invited to an informal chat with one of our volunteer coordinators. We can talk about what you enjoy about volunteering and any skills that you are looking to develop or learn.
