The responses to the survey provide a clear, up-to-date picture of how flexible working is being used — and where challenges remain.
The session will explore:
- What is genuinely changing, what is staying the same, and what’s often misunderstood
- Who flexible working is opening doors for — and who may still be missing out
- What the evidence shows works well in practice, and what employers may want to consider next
