Maya Sharma leads this Museums Galleries Scotland Knowledge Exchange session to discuss anti-racism and decolonisation. It will look at the opportunities and challenges for museums and they navigate their role in bringing together communities.
Maya Sharma is the head of the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah RACE Centre and Education Trust, specialist open-access library and archive, focusing on the study of race, migration and thinking about race, anti-racist activism and the fight for social justice.
