Join Business in the Community (BITC) and CEMVO Scotland for a focused session exploring how anti‑racist leadership can accelerate progress towards Fair Work, with particular emphasis on Opportunity and Effective Voice.

Find out how anti‑racist practice drives systemic cultural change, improves workplace equity, and removes barriers to fair access to progression and influence. Participants will:

  • Increase their understanding of what anti-racist leadership looks like in practice.
  • Identify common structural and cultural barriers to fair progression and voice.
  • Gain practical examples of actions in leaders can take.
  • Identify at least one tangible anti-racist action they can implement within their organisation.

This event is part of the Fair Work Festival 2026 which takes place from Monday 16 March to Friday 20 March.
