As part of the Scottish Government’s Festival of Fair Work, Social Enterprise Scotland is hosting this session to celebrate how social enterprises are embedding Fair Work at the heart of their organisations and communities.
The session will:
- Highlight key insights from the Social Enterprise Census, showing how the sector performs on Fair Work
- Explore why Fair Work aligns so strongly with social enterprise values and purpose
- Demonstrate how social enterprises are delivering across the five pillars of Fair Work: Opportunity, Effective Voice, Security, Fulfilment and Respect
