Free to use and evidence-based, this tool provides employers with a personalised action plan across key areas including pay and reward, recruitment and progression, flexible working, workplace culture, pregnancy and maternity, domestic abuse and sexual harassment.
Following an extensive redevelopment in partnership with employers, the refreshed tool is now more accessible, streamlined and closely aligned with the realities of running a business. This session will demonstrate how the tool works in practice, with case studies showing how to take an intersectional approach to equality and Fair Work.
