Join the team at VAO for an Information Session to find out more about Volunteers' Week including how you can use it to thank your volunteers and inspire others to get involved with your group or organisation.
Volunteers' Week is an annual UK-wide campaign that runs from 1 - 7 June 2026. At the session we will highlight the benefits of taking part, the importance of recognising your volunteers and how this can influence your volunteer recruitment and retention. We will share ideas for hosting your own celebrations and hear from others about how they got involved and the impact it had.
This free session is for volunteer-involving groups and organisations and is being held both online and in person.
For those attending in person, tea and coffee will be available from 11:15am.
If you plan to join online, you will receive the link the day before and the session will begin at 11:30am.
