The Local Support Grants are funds available through the Scottish Government’s Alcohol and Drugs Fund, administered by the Corra Foundation.

This fund is intended to help organisations to stabilise or increase capacity, continue services and provide further reach into the community. It aims to facilitate rights-based, relational support for people so that they can easily access the right support at the right time.

Key Criteria

The funding is available to Scottish charities, social enterprises or constituted community/voluntary groups that operate on a not-for-profit basis, with an annual income of up to £750,000, which deliver frontline services to support people affected by alcohol and drugs, people in recovery and/or their families.

Organisations can apply for up to £60,000 per year, for work up to April 2029.

This is a rolling fund, so there is no fixed closing date.
