The Culture Fund is available to support organisations planning events/projects taking place in Orkney between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027. A total of £23K is available for arts, heritage or Orkney dialect projects. This funding is aimed at enabling Orkney residents to access the highest quality cultural events and activities as well as publicising Orkney to visitors.
Key Criteria
The fund is open to applications from formerly constituted not-for-profit organisations producing, delivering or promoting cultural activity and/or programmes. This includes festivals, museums, heritage centres and arts projects. It will support cultural organisations for their general unning costs as well as specific activities. Non-cultural organisations delivering cultural activities and programmes are also eligable to apply.
