Museums Galleries Scotland have bursaries of £1000 (inc VAT) available for museums and galleries to produce eye-catching marketing photography.

Museums Galleries Scotland has a total of £10,000 in burseries to award.
Successful applicants will be required to pay for the photography before submitting an invoice with evidience before 1 February 2027.
Recipients will share all final edits of the commissioned photography with Museums Galleries Scotland, who will be granted permission to use them for general marketing and promotional purposes, and share them with third parties. This includes uploading a selection to Wikimedia Commons as open access images.
They will alos be able to access continued support from the Museums Galleries Scotland marketing team.
