Rosa was formed to address the lack of funding for the women and girls sector. The Stand With Us Fund makes grants of up to £28,000 available to empower and strengthen frontline organisations that work to build safer futures for women and girls.
Key Criteria
The fund focuses on funding extra capacity, rather than existing costs. It offers supports in areas related to organisational development, including:
- strategy
- governance
- leadership
- having a stronger voice within the women’s movement
- building alliances
- fundraising, impact
- systems and processes
Organisations with an income of between £100,000 and £500,000 can apply. Applications will be prioritised from:
- Organisations which are led by and for Black and minoritised women and girls
- Organisations led by and for women and girls with disabilities
- Organisations led by and for LGBTQ+ women and girls
- Organisations operating in the top 10% of the most disadvantaged areas in the UK – based on the Indices of Multiple Deprivation (IMD)
- Organisations based in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.
