The ‘A Safer Route to School' project team has launched an online survey to capture views on their designs for improvements to make Ferry Road in Stromness, safer and more accessible. You can also have your say on how the proposed seaside promenade route can incorporate features celebrating the town’s unique character.
Any feedback collected in the survey will help inform the revised concept design. It will ensure it reflects local needs, including those who use or provide services along the road.
The survey takes 10 – 15 minutes to complete and closes on 23 February 2026.
