Charity Finance group has launched a UK wide survey of charity experiences of banking.
The last survey was in 2024 and included a lot of input from Scottish charities. The information collected will help to identify areas that require further action from banks, charities and regulators. It is an opportunity to raise any concerns about access to suitable banking products and services, new banking charges, identity verification, account signatories or any other concerns.
