Providing charity trustee information to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) is a legal requirement for all charities. This information should be uploaded and managed through your charity's OSCR Online account.
OSCR has made guidance available on the OSCR website to you add a new trustee, edit an existing trustee's details, or remove a trustee. They ask to ensure you keep your trustee information up-to-date, and do not forget that the first and last names of charity trustees are now published on your charity's Scottish Charity Register entry.
