OPEN is a charity led by a youth-governed board of trustees aged 16-29. They provide training and ongoing support to empower the young people to take on leadership roles. Their goal is to see more young people involved in decision-making across the community.
To help them design meaningful training, they are asking anyone involved in decision-making groups to complete a short, anonymous survey (5-10 minutes). The information will then help them develop relevant resources to better support groups including young voices in their decision-making.
