The aims of the charity are to help and support older people who live in their own homes, to retain dignity, choice and independence and to enjoy a good quality of life, including people living with dementia, their carers and families. We do this by delivering direct services these include:
- Here2Help - home help service
- Here2Care - personal home care
- Dementia support service
- Podiatry
- One stop point for information and access to other services
- Daily wellbeing check phone calls
- Community Hub for all older people to meet
