We are a group of Rainbow/Brownie/Guide parents who meet 4 times per year to oversee the running and maintenance of the Guide Hall. New faces are welcome - please get in touch through Facebook.

Every two years, athletes from 24 member island groups across the world come together to compete in the International Island Games, a unique celebration of sport, fierce competition and friendship.
KGS Sports centre is a state of the art sporting facility for the community of Orkney. The centre can accommodate an extensive range of activities, health and wellbeing and any other events.
With an outdoor facility for all year round playing, we offer bowling facilities for all age groups and hold various competitions. Tuition can also be arranged.
Swimming sessions for the disabled, no age restrictions. You may need to bring your carer if you need extra help in the pool or getting ready. Please contact us for further details and requirements.
Our group meets on the first Thursday of the month to enjoy the love of flowers and arranging. We are part of SAFAS Scottish association of flower arrangement societies.
Kirkwall Kayak Club provides year round tuition and paddling opportunities for juniors and adults. On the sea around Orkney in the summer and in the swimming pool during the winter months.
